TACOS!
In June 2009, a few of us got together and started a Minneapolis-based TV show called: MPLS.TV.
MPLS.TV is a collective of creative individuals who work together to spotlight the creativity and culture of Minneapolis, MN by redefining local television with an entertaining and insightful show. We craft sketches, conduct interviews, and feature local musical acts that highlight what makes MPLS unique, sets MPLS apart, and what brings MPLS together.
MPLS.TV will begin airing in October in Minneapolis on the Minneapolis Telecommunications Network (MTN) Channel 17. It will also be shown in the Twin Cities Metro area on Metro Cable Network (MCN) Channel 6. Content will also be on YouTube and Vimeo in full episodes and clips and will also be featured here at our own website, MPLS.TV.
MPLS.TV still needs a ton of help - idea generators, editors, writers/scriptwriters, actors/extras, camerapeople, soundpeople, lightingpeople, graphic designers, website experts, bands, artists, etc. If you or someone you know is interested in donating their time and energy to MPLS.TV please shoot an e-mail to info@MPLS.TV (!!)
